We use Commit since 2004 and find it very helpful for our computer repair business. Commit provides us with all the solutions we need including service management, billing (with great integration with QuickBooks) and web interface for our technicians and customers and more.
The support team is very responsive. The software price is very reasonable and affordable and suits our small business budget. Highly recommended!
