IconXPEdit Windows icons in color depths up to 32-bit True Color. Create smooth icons for Windows Vista. Import and export ICO, BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG, CUR, ANI, PSD, WMF formats. Apply drop shadow, smooth, roll effects. Customize desktop and folder icons.
I tried it right away with .ani cursors editing and found that some of the tools were quickly accessable, while others like "smooth" filters were harder to repeat for each image in the animation. When trying to view or use the cursor, I was not happy. Perhaps that is because it is shareware and it doesn't want you to have access to that? I dunno, that don't make sense, since it's a 30 day trial anyway. I can't say that I like it right off, since I want to edit ani files at 32bit which is what this program offers, but hasn't delivered yet. I will play with it some more and come back in a day or two. If I don't come back with a message, I gave it a try but won't promote or critic it. U Decide.
