Tiny MessageTiny Message is a program allowing you to send network messages as fast as possible.Using of it will be very comfortable if you have your own recent recipient list.In that case you can set your shortcuts once and then just use it.
This is a very good program. For me, it has solved me a problem because I work in a net, everybody is Windows 98 and I am XP, so I was out of winpopup... but not anymore!
