RunPrio
is a command-line utility which allows you to run commands with a specified priority.

Usable when testing CPU's temperature and cooler performance with CPUburn and some monitoring utility. RunPrio allows CPUburn to use ~96% of system resources and gives ~5'C hotter CPU temperature.
