BusBar Calculations
allows you to indicate current ratings and power dissipated for aluminium and copper busbars which are used in switchboards and electrical distribution systems.

This programme is very limited, in that it does not consider multiple bars in parallel, phase centre distance, surrounding material (magnetic, non-material), etc.

This programme cannot be used for current rating calculation. Skin effect, parallel run rating, de-rating due to temp rise, enclosure effect, air flow effect, emissivity etc are not taken in to consideration.
However his gives lot of information, calculation base, flow conversions etc.
I have used this programme to develop my programme which is very much useful for electrical switchboard – control panel builder.
