File synchronizer for folder replication, subfolders and ALC permissions sync. Local or network mirroring, creates copies for disaster recovery, backups to synchronize a laptop on a network, auto duplicate files to ZIP drive, CD-RW, removable disk.
It would be perfect IF it could mirror individual files. You do not always need complete folders.
